Creative Services Communication Planning and Implementation (Sales Force Realignment) In an effort to revitalize performance after a major realignment of the sales force, the sales leadership team of this Top 10 pharmaceutical organization asked us to help them design and implement their communication strategy. We partnered with them to identify the critical three messages that needed to be delivered and reinforced. We also helped them identify the media and channels of communication, support their national conferences, develop the content and produce supporting materials for the effort. Creative Services Communication Planning and Implementation (Diversity & Inclusion) Our engagement included partnering with the Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion of this global healthcare organization to develop and implement the communication plan for the roll-out of an enterprise wide, three year, progressive training curriculum. We were also invited to become an extension of the D&I team by managing and developing all internal and external communications from fact sheets to brochures, advertisements, posters, events, web feature artilces and intranet revisions. Meeting-in-a-Box (Culture Initiative) In response to their annual employee satisfaction survey, this top pharmaceutical organization engaged us to develop messaging and content that could be cascaded throughout the organization in a consistent way. We created meeting-in-a-box programs to address their concerns about work/life balance issues and a perceived absence of candid communication in the field force. Quist Solutions developed two 60-minute MIB programs designed to start an ongoing dialogue about these topics. To implement these interactive programs, 600 District Managers were trained in how to utilize the materials, and a month later, they rolled out the programs nationally to 7,000 sales representatives. Meeting-in-a-Box (Management Development) This Fortune 100 organization partnered with Quist Solutions to develop an MIB to enhance their women’s leadership initiative. Quist Solutions developed a 2-hour MIB to introduce participants to the formalized process and the selection criteria of the organization’s Management Development Program. We developed two options for final delivery: an interactive training module and a panel discussion. This multi-national pharmaceutical organization encountered cultural challenges in the area of trust and communication between its leadership and the rest of the organization. The majority of employees surveyed expressed anxiety about openly sharing work concerns. The leadership team knew that trust would be required to foster the continued innovation, adaptation and learning required to remain competitive in the industry. Quist Solutions was invited to partner in developing programs to identify and begin to overcome the barriers to open communication within the organization. We facilitated a series of Straight Talk™ meetings designed to reinforce a culture of appreciative inquiry, committed listening and meaningful dialogue across multiple levels. Based on the success of the program among participants in establishing more open conversations, the organization invited Quist Solutions to facilitate additional workshops on Managing Challenging Conversations.
